I don’t think I could ever get sick of the sports-luxe look. As a mumma especially, being comfortable is a prerequisite when it comes to my outfits so pairing some track pants with heels and a nice top is just too easy. Ah, the good old statement metallic top is quickly securing itself as being a hot wardrobe. This green is so vibrant and super cool, you will be seeing a lot of the colour green pop into the stores this season and if you ask me, I love it!
Metallic top to toe (again) and why not? I love this dress, its the perfect Chanel-esque (I think its illegal for me to say that?) it has a tshirt sleeve which I love and its metallic! Win Win Win!
I am at it again, playing around with the ‘matchy matchy’ look and this time with these silver metallic beauties. I love a little bit of millinery as you know and breaking up these two fabulous silver pieces with a hint of black seems to make this outfit work. Would you believe that this entire look is all Australian brands? Not a hint of ASOS in sight! Go me! (but don’t get used to it, you know I am a sucker for ASOS)
I have some amazing opportunities coming up in the next few weeks, I can’t wait to share them with you but in the meantime, check out my latest feature in The Age.
Monochromatic sleek chic! When you think of your wardrobe must have items, what comes to mind? A little black dress, a fur vest or a pair of Ksubi’s? For me, its an awesome blazer and some kick ass black pants. Yes, I do love to mix and match my outfits and dare to be different but nothing beats a true blue (or should I say black and white) classic look that will take you from day to night and back again. I have taken this look to mono-extreem be you could easily replace the polka dots with a cool tshirt or pop colour blouse.
When you attend a function or event what do you wear? A little black dress? A peplum top with a tight mini underneath? Do you dress for comfort, for the dress code or to look sexy? I base my outfit on standing out. Those who follow me on instagramwould know I love my Preen dresses! For me its about creating an opportunity for conversation about outfit and dressing so people remember who I am (the most important). Please note, none of my Preen dresses were given to me for PR purposes, I found and paid for them on my own- this is not a sponsored post. When I am not wearing my Preen dresses, I opt for a similar style dress in a bright colour or print to achieve the same outcome.
So the next time you are finding something to wear to that function, think about the opportunities that could come from a simple conversation about your fabulous frock!
