Snap-frozen peas are underrated and buying organic means you are getting healthy fiber-full, nutrient and vitamin-rich veggies super quick!
If you are having breakfast bowls (or any salad) out at a cafe or restaurant, always ask for dressing (if they use any) on the side and use a small portion-if at all, as most of the time the veggies speak for themselves.
This brekkie will satisfy and keep you feeling full until lunchtime!
