What I purchased!!!!!
Last night the clouds in Melbourne’s skies parted to make way for a rainbow to end and explode in the heart of Bourke Street Mall. The second Zara store in Australia opened it’s doors for VIP’s, bloggers, celebrities and fashionistas alike to get the first glimps at one of, if not the largest high street store in the world.
From Spain with love, at Zara you will find quality, affordable and on trend fashion that the rest of the world has been lucky enough to get their hands on for years! I remember bumping into a Zara store on every street corner in Paris. On my tour around this striking three story building (that will no doubt be the hub to all Melbournians for the next few weeks) I was bombarded with bursts of colour- orange, pink (my fav) blue and lime that complimented the classic neutrals of greys, blacks and tans. I immediately fell in love with a certain few pieces on the tour (see in the ‘What I purchased’ image) that I though would bring life into my winter wardrobe.
For women think: classic tailoring, on trend fur, soft denim, playful colour and of course the Zara essential- basics!
For me: luxury two button fashion suits in grey and black at a great price, classic work wear and casual wear, fashionable jeans and pop colour pants
For children: Adorable, on trend, cute and oh so mini me!
So is it worth standing in the cold, your patients running thin in a mile long line? Yes! Yes it is, if it means getting your mitts on a fabulous blazer, an essential basic or just a couple of accessories to make your winter outfit- it is worth every second of the wait!
Thanks to J-dawgworld, Fashionising.com and Stylezilla for the shots xx
I went today and would say it’s definately worth the wait. So many bright colours and stunning neutrals of nude, grey and white. I purchased a gorgeous black coat with gold detailing (Givenchy inspired).
You can check it out on my blog..
