Keeping cosy by the fire place and being overlooked by a deer head, I escape the winter chill at QV Melbourne’s Hotham Lodge. With only a couple of weeks left until the Lodge closes, I thought I would do a fashion shoot inside the cedar wood escape and showcase Mossman’s (one of the QV retailers) latest collection. I am winter ready with the seasons must have items: a great coat, the essential knit and this amazing mini that is textured in pony hair fabric. When I think of winter, I think of wearing stockings and anything I can wear my stockings with I get excited over, it’s a great way to get the legs out without being covered in goose bumps. During Paris Fashion Week in the 4 deg days, I used stockings as a pop of colour (see post here). A tip is to wear 2 stocking layers!
