To break up my usually outfit post, I thought I would run around the house taking snaps of the essential items I use daily, I wear religiously and just a little piece of me and my daily life.
Image Details:
1. Since I purchased my CHANEL purse/clutch almost three years ago there has not been a day that I havent used it. It holds all my cards, my phone, keys and lipgloss and when I am out and about I put the chain around my shoulders and body and I have my hands free (to shop). My trusty iPhone cover (shameless branding)
2. My trusty ghd V Styler, I straighten and or wave my hair every single day (or my hair just turns to boof!) This is my new Sapphire baby who I am obsessing over because it takes me from scram to glam every morning. The contoured edges give me my beachy waves as you have seen in my video tutorial and the silky smooth plates get my naturally kinked hair a sleek straight finish. Oh yeah! Hows that for a selling spiel? Passionate much? (BUY HERE with bonus brush)
3. The five pieces of jewellery that I NEVER take off. My wedding band, engagement ring, my ‘push’ ring with yellow diamond, my CHANEL J12 watch and my Tiffany and Co dove necklace my husband bought me many years ago before we were engaged. Never take these treasures off!
4. My beauty favourites consist of the Dry Shampoo by Klorane, as a busy mum I hardy get the chance to wash my hair as much as I would like and this item (apparently loved by Lagerfeld believe it or not) is my saviour. Rose Hip Oil by Kosmea, since turing 30, I am conscious of every line on my face and as I am scared of botox, I am smothering my face in rose hip oil at night. My standard colour pallet with make up is gold and browns for my eyes (see Napoleon tub) my CHANEL liquid eyeliner, soft cheeks (Nars) and natural looking lip colour like these Model Co lippies. I am too scared to try the statement lip! eeeek!
5/6. Magazines and this month I was featured in Marie Claire Netherlands (woohoo) and I love a good statement necklace (Lady of Leisure Millinery sent me this one)
7. My son’s easel where he like to paint and draw with me each afternoon after dinner.
A lovely insight 🙂
